To maximize the benefits of your treatment, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. As a courtesy to our clientele, please remember that if you arrive late, your treatment will still end as scheduled so as not to inconvenience our guests with appointments later in the day.

At the request of our guests, please turn off cell phones and refrain from use while in the skin care centre.
Cancellation Policy
Since all treatments are reserved for you, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance.

Our goal is to provide you with optimum skin health. We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are not pleased with any of our products, return them to us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and we will issue you a full refund.
